AI image models are not built to carry information. Ask for a flowchart, an org chart or an architecture diagram and you get an image that looks right and means nothing.
Boxes connect but the connections make no sense; arrows leave one place and arrive nowhere; labels are piles of unreadable letters.
The correct use is generating the diagram's VISUAL LANGUAGE, not its content. Write "no text, no labels" in the prompt to produce an empty isometric structure; take the boxes, arrows and colour scheme, then build the labels and the real structure yourself in the presentation software.
If you need an actual diagram, the right tool is a diagramming application, not an image generator. AI supplies the aesthetic layer here, not the information layer.
