The purpose is solely to assess your request and reply to you. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 5/2-f of the Law.
Site usage statistics are processed anonymously and in aggregate; that data does not identify you as an individual.
Transfers and retention
Your personal data is not shared with third parties; it is stored only on the infrastructure of the hosting and analytics providers used.
Contact form records are kept for a reasonable period after the request is resolved and then deleted.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, and to claim compensation if the processing has caused you loss.
